Pride in Rochdale Borough
How to help your borough, your
neighbourhood....your town
Do you live, work, visit or do business in Rochdale Borough? If
the answer is yes we want to know what you think can help to make
the borough a place to be proud of.
The Pride Partnership is producing a plan
for the borough which sets out how we will work in partnership to
improve the quality of life for local people. This plan is called
the borough's community strategy and is known locally as Pride of
Place. It sets out what services need to focus on and achieve to
improve the borough.
We need as many local people and groups of interest as possible
to work with us and make sure we can meet the needs of
the borough's people over the next 15 years and to do so within a
period of considerable reductions in public service spending and
increasing demands on our
services.
If you are interested in working with us all you need to do is
email your details to us at pridepartnership@rochdale.gov.uk.
We will register your interest and contact you to let you know the
dates when were holding a number of events which you may be
interested in attending.
Your input is really important to us and you can get
involved in a variety of ways by registering with us today,
contacting Lea Fothergill, Pride Partnership Coordinator on 01706
752422.
