  Welcome

Pride Partnership is the name of the Local Strategic Partnership for the Borough of Rochdale. It is a partnership dedicated to improving the quality of life for all people who live and work in the Borough. The Partnership allows decision making to be co-ordinated between all those responsible for providing services. It provides a forum to draw key service providers into a single partnership. Importantly it allows the communities of the Borough to work together with key agencies.

It is made up of key agencies and partners working in the Borough, including the local Primary Care Trusts, the Police, Fire Service, Local Council, Private Sector, Community and Voluntary Agencies and key local partnerships.

Pride Partnership will implement, monitor and review (Pride of Place) the Community Strategy, the borough’s Local Area Agreement (LAA) and the agreed approach to neighbourhood renewal with specific aims and measures which reflect the needs and priorities of the people of the borough.

An LSP fit for purpose

We have recently reviewed our Local Strategic Partnership (the Pride Partnership) and now have a new structure revitalised, re-energised and re-focused to help us develop our borough over the next few years.

We are confident that the review will galvanise agencies and organisations to continue to work in partnership, help create sustainable communities and improve the quality of life for local people.

For more information on the structure on the Partnership visit the ‘About Us’ page.
